Job Overview:
The Evening Facility Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within school premises during night hours. This role includes a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of school facilities, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on plumbing, heating, ventilation, and electrical systems.
- Prepare and arrange furniture and equipment for various school events.
- Manage access to school buildings during events and ensure security post-event.
- Assist with the distribution of supplies to different offices upon delivery.
- Clear snow and maintain outdoor areas during winter months.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with three to six months of relevant experience in custodial or maintenance work.
License Requirements:
A Special Engineer License is preferred but not mandatory.

Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
