LabCorp is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Ascension St. John Jane Phillips in Bartlesville, OK. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex technical procedures, monitoring instrumentation, and ensuring the accuracy of test results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including instrumentation and automated systems
  • Develop and implement new procedures and protocols to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of testing and results
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with new technologies and methodologies
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
  • Previous experience as a Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Technologist is highly preferred
  • ASCP or AMT certification is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
