Salary Range:$1468-1769/week

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Home Health nursing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with OASIS assessments and possess a valid RN license in the state where they will be practicing. A current BLS certification and driver's license are also required. Auto insurance is necessary for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- One year of experience as a RN, at least six months recent Home Health experience required
- Current RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Valid auto insurance

Essential Work Functions:
- Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient record.
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
