Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality standards.
  • Utilize SQL and Unix for data validation and backend testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance software quality and resolve production issues.
  • Engage in testing of Open Closed Payment Transit Systems and related devices.
  • Participate in the Agile development process and contribute to the overall improvement of software quality.
  • Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
  • Document testing processes and results, providing clear feedback to stakeholders.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual QA, SQL, Unix, and experience with automation tools like Selenium and Appium is preferred.

Additional Skills: Familiarity with SharePoint, JIRA, JAMA, TFS, Oracle, Angular services, and Jasper Reports is a plus.
