Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at System One. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting inspections, polishing, and bulk packaging of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with SOPs and BMR records
• Understand packaging processes and removal processes
• Responsible for following cGMP requirements, operation procedures, cleaning procedures, documentation, and safety protocols
• Take charge from previous shift coworkers and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate various packaging removal process equipment per procedure mentioned in SOP/BMR/MBR
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to maintain packaging and removal specifications
• Perform duties through the proper and safe use of equipment according to Health & Safety procedures and Equipment operating procedure

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient writing, math, and communication skills
• Experience with GMP documentation
• Experience with nutraceutical, pharmaceutical soft gel manufacturing/packaging
• Ability to work 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am
• Experience with Verisym is a plus
