Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry team on a PRN basis, working nights. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with neurological conditions, utilizing your expertise and compassion to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, utilizing your critical thinking skills to identify and address potential issues.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines, ensuring well-coordinated patient care and effective communication among team members.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition to post-acute care.
Requirements:
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Two (2) years of acute care clinical experience, with a strong background in neurology and telemetry.
