We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursery Nurse to join our team at UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital. As a Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and reliable patient care to Antepartum, Intrapartum, Postpartum patients and Newborns.
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve patient care outcomes and goals.
- Administer medications and nursing treatments within scope of practice.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
- Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in the manual skills and techniques required to perform basic/advanced nursing procedures.
