Position Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Public Safety team as an Access Control Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is organized and comfortable with day-to-day tasks such as data entry, Excel spreadsheets, filing, and scanning.


The successful candidate will be responsible for inventorying and organizing keys and equipment in the Lock Shop, answering phone calls and emails, communicating with staff via two-way radio, and testing keys at campus buildings.


Job Requirements



  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Currently attending Bellevue College
  • Six months of administrative or clerical work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Benefits and Salary


This position offers a competitive salary range of $16.75 to $21.98 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate can expect to work 12-19 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate student schedules.
