Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective environmental, health, and safety programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate EHS team to drive sustainability initiatives and best practices.
- Manage environmental programs and activities associated with regulatory compliance, including hazardous waste management and spill response.
- Develop and deliver training programs on EHS initiatives, OSHA compliance, and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders on EHS matters.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, safety management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety, with a strong background in OSHA regulations and principles.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
