Key Responsibilities
  • Virtual Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop targeted therapy plans.
  • Personalized Therapy Plans: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each student, ensuring optimal progress and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor students' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide guidance and support to families and caregivers.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current License: Hold a current California SLP license.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Virtual Therapy Experience: Possess experience providing virtual therapy services, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and technology.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
