- Master's Degree: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current License: Hold a current California SLP license.

- Virtual Therapy Experience: Possess experience providing virtual therapy services, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and technology.

- 1099 Position: Enjoy the flexibility of a 1099 position, with guaranteed weekly hours and a consistent hourly rate.

- Hourly Rate: Enjoy a consistent hourly rate across direct and indirect hours, as well as planning periods.
- Clinical Support: Have access to a clinical/technical team on standby, providing support and guidance as needed.
