Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality care to seniors in their homes. As a caregiver with Senior Helpers - Greater Dallas, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Our caregivers provide a range of services, including companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care. We value our caregivers and offer competitive benefits, including bi-weekly pay and paid holidays.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving, be comfortable working with pets, and have a valid driver's license and car insurance. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and conversation
  • Meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, and transfers
  • Companion care: light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, laundry, medication reminders, etc.

Caregiver Benefits:

  • $13.00-15.00 an hour – Bi-weekly pay & direct deposit
  • Paid holidays at 1.5x your rate
  • Caregiver of the month
