Front Desk Supervisor - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests warmly and efficiently.
  • Assist with reservations, pre-registrations, and room allocations.
  • Support large groups during their arrival process.
  • Provide insights about the local area, including dining, shopping, and attractions.
  • Proactively address and resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process payments in accordance with established procedures, including credit card authorizations.
  • Ensure accurate balancing of cash, checks, and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Respond to inquiries and fulfill guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality, dedicated to achieving guest satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability for a consistent schedule with the option to take on additional shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
