Road Supervisor

RATP Dev USA is seeking a highly skilled Road Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day Dispatch operation, including road supervision for Paratransit Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring employees, carrying out counseling and disciplinary actions as warranted, planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

• Coach and mentor employees to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Carry out counseling and disciplinary actions as necessary
• Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient operations
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues
• Conduct regular inspections of transit buses to ensure mechanical safety
• Report incidents, accidents, and mechanical concerns
• Complete reports accurately and legibly
• Perform trail checks and ride audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Drive company vehicles and support operations as needed

• At least 21 years old with a safe driving record
• A U.S. citizen or have all documented legal work status during the contract term
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent/College a plus
• Valid State Operator's License and any other licenses or permits required for the type of work or vehicles operated
• Excellent driving record and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds or more and push or pull heavy objects
• Ability to communicate effectively using speaking, hearing, writing, and vision skills
