About Us: Dandelion Energy is an innovative company that has been electrifying home heating by building and installing geothermal heat pump products since 2017. We work directly with homeowners and count some of the nation's largest home builders as our customers.

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Optimization Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing our inventory management, fulfillment, and supply chain processes to drive efficiencies, minimize waste, and maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the timely and cost-effective distribution of geothermal heat pumps to customers.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers to negotiate rates, optimize delivery routes, and ensure on-time schedules.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of trucks, drilling rigs, and other essential equipment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
  • Strong track record of optimizing processes through technology and best practices.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
