The RN Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our pediatric ENT unit, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for assigning tasks and supervising nursing staff, monitoring patient census, and maintaining a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff
- Oversight of daily unit operations, including patient assignment and workflow management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

**Requirements:
To be successful as a RN Supervisor, you must have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a pediatric nursing setting
- RN licensure in New Mexico or a reciprocal agreement state
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills

**Compensation Package:*
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
