**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

**Requirements:

To be successful as a RN Supervisor, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a pediatric nursing setting
  • RN licensure in New Mexico or a reciprocal agreement state
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation Package:*

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
