Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on Mercedes Benz vehicles with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate with customers and Service Advisors to provide estimates and updates on repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
  • A level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mentality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, climbing, balancing, talking, and hearing. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally move up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment

The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, airborne particles, outside weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
