The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient practice in Lawrenceville, Georgia. As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with our medical director to provide exceptional primary care to our patients. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that's dedicated to delivering high-quality care and improving health outcomes.
What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Partner with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to track patient progress and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in ongoing practice innovation and quality improvement initiatives
