About the Role

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled Logistics Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering materials to customers, assisting with loading and unloading, and ensuring the delivery of tickets with materials.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver materials to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all materials are delivered in good condition.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials, as well as ensuring that all materials are properly secured and protected during transport.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition and that all necessary safety checks have been completed.
  • Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations to ensure safe and compliant transportation of materials.
  • Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the business.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record.
  • 0-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred.
  • Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire one.
  • Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs and to stand for long periods of time.
  • Good communication and customer service skills as well as general digital literacy.
