YOUR ROLE:


The Field Operations Technical Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering prompt and courteous service to all PSG locations, ensuring the maintenance and repair of VGT and Coin Operations equipment throughout the designated area.


  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and team members while adhering to company standards.
  • Comprehend and comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Foster constructive and professional relationships with location owners and staff.
  • Effectively promote new gaming areas and branding initiatives.
  • Achieve designated profitability targets.
  • Complete mandatory training and development objectives within the specified timeframe.
  • Coordinate executive involvement with customer management effectively.
  • Maintain a positive representation of the company and management team at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.
  • Address client concerns and objections in a manner that enhances rapport and yields positive outcomes.
  • Exhibit forward-thinking, proper planning, and timely completion of all tasks.
  • Skillfully prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Oversee the training and development of route service technicians.
  • Inspire and manage route employees.
  • Review payroll for all route personnel.
  • Ensure custodial responsibility for all company equipment and vehicles.
  • Schedule and oversee appointments with iGB.
  • Provide assistance on the route as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve slot machine malfunctions.
  • Ensure all PSG equipment remains operational across the assigned area.
  • Manage the P&L for the route effectively.
  • Meet turnover and budgetary objectives.
  • Develop and implement recognition programs to reward team performance.
  • Supervise a route team of 3-10 members, depending on the location and size.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the VGT industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in PC operations.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A four-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience is required.
