We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse to join our team at New York Cancer & Blood Specialists. Key Responsibilities:- Manage nursing responsibilities during each shift, ensuring efficient, timely, and knowledgeable care while maintaining patient satisfaction.
- Assign patient assignments and medication orders, ensuring a safe environment for staff and patients.
- Train new hires and provide guidance to ensure consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
- Current NYS RN license required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in an oncology setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred (current enrollment in BSN program required).
- Excellent leadership skills and high level of familiarity with NYCBS policies and procedures.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Salary up to $115,000 annually.
