Role Summary:

Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training and competency assessment programs in Mammography.
- Conduct department orientation and training for new personnel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance skills through tailored training and clinical rotations.
- Provide clinical and technical support to staff and students.
- Standardize protocols to minimize radiation exposure while ensuring high-quality care.
Shift: Standard operational hours
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT); Registered Technologist in Mammography (ARRT)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferred: Advanced education in staff development or education
