Intermediate Mathematics Educator

The educator serves as the primary facilitator of learning within the district, tasked with delivering the established curriculum in an effective manner while utilizing a diagnostic and prescriptive approach to identify and adapt to the unique needs and interests of each student.

The responsibilities typically associated with this role encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Designing and evaluating instructional strategies and curriculum
  • Ensuring effective classroom management
  • Implementing and delivering impactful instructional practices

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

MA DESE Certification in Mathematics for grades 5-8.

Demonstrated experience in teaching mathematics to middle school learners.

Strong communication abilities and effective classroom management skills are essential.

A commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative practices is expected.
