Key Responsibilities- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to create a seamless service experience.
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Maintain effective communication with the front-of-house team to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure kitchen efficiency.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
