Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align on service execution and operational goals.
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.
- Manage inventory and food costs, maintaining profitability while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
