Role Description:
As an Inclusion Outreach Coach with the Department of Education, you will play a vital role in strengthening inclusive practices in schools. You will partner with schools to increase their capability to implement preventative, evidence-based strategies that benefit all students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality coaching support to school leadership and staff on best-practice for inclusive education.
- Support schools in using data to identify goals and plan for improvement and sustainability.
- Collaborate with Departmental regional team members in a team-based response to identified needs.
- Undertake training to support schools in data-based decision making and Multi-tiered Systems of Support.
- Use a hybrid delivery model, which may require travel.
