Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

About Our Team

This position will oversee four locations within the Menomonie campus, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational. The sites are conveniently located within walking distance of each other, allowing for efficient management of facility and grounds maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventative maintenance for facilities and grounds
  • Carry out repairs for facilities and grounds
  • Coordinate with contractors for maintenance support
  • Perform routine inspections on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Diagnose facility issues using appropriate testing equipment
  • Maintain HVAC systems, compressed air systems, chilled water systems, and heat pumps
  • Document and manage records for preventive and planned maintenance activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HVAC systems, compressed air systems, chilled water systems, and heat pumps
  • Familiarity with building management software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • General knowledge of construction practices
