Position Overview: The Bell and Valet Supervisor serves as the shift leader, responsible for warmly welcoming guests upon their arrival, offering insightful information to enhance their experience, and ensuring the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while guiding the bell and valet team. This role is crucial in supporting the Front of House team to create memorable experiences for our guests at the Hotel & Spa.

Supervisory Duties: Lead for Bell and Valet Attendants during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a consistently positive and professional demeanor with both colleagues and guests.
  • Assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles.
  • Provide informed recommendations regarding property and city events, amenities, and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Deliver exceptional, seamless service while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality for guest safety and comfort.
  • Manage phone and radio communications, addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management or security when necessary.
  • Safeguard guest information with the utmost confidentiality and care.
  • Oversee employee scheduling.
  • Responsible for recruiting and training new team members.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of shift leadership experience; hospitality background preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift, push, reach for, and carry over 40 pounds frequently.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

$18.00 Hourly
