At Auberge Resorts Collection, we are seeking a skilled and courteous Valet to join our team. As a Valet, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, handling keys and personal items with care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their belongings and offering information to create a positive experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, maintaining order and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles.
  • Accurately record parked vehicles, noting special requests and documenting relevant information for efficient retrieval.
  • Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a valet or bellman, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs.
  • Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
