Experience in property flipping or managing large single-family rental operations is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in construction management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools is required. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
