The Shift Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding the team while ensuring that all baked products meet Cinnabon’s exceptional standards. Compensation will be determined based on experience and the ability to effectively adhere to established policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales by ensuring all team members are proficient in up-selling during every customer interaction.
  • Upholding superior guest service by strictly following Cinnabon’s operational procedures.
  • Exhibiting strong leadership qualities to motivate and engage team members.
  • Assisting with restocking and maintaining cleanliness during slower periods to keep the team productive.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in fast food operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.

In collaboration with the General Manager, the Shift Manager will also work towards achieving all labor and sales objectives.
