**Responsibilities:**

  • **Architecting Efficient Systems:** Design and implement efficient and reusable systems that drive complex AR/VR applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • **Prototyping and Innovation:** Develop new interactions and features with a focus on intuitive usability and feel, driving innovation in the gaming and VR space.
  • **Project Leadership:** Lead collaboration with multi-functional teams to achieve compelling experiences, driving design and implementation for proposed projects.
  • **Technical Expertise:** Engage with internal teams to understand and utilize features that will power social UX, ensuring a seamless user experience.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field.
  • **Experience:** 6+ years experience as an engineer shipping user-facing features on games or other 3D interactive products.
  • **Collaboration:** Demonstrated experience interfacing with other internal and external teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • **Programming Skills:** Experience with a combination of Windows, Android, and game console programming.
  • **Game Engines:** Experience with Unity 3D or Unreal.
  • **Math and Algorithms:** Strong understanding of 3D math, linear algebra, and techniques.
  • **AR and VR:** Experience with augmented reality (HoloLens, Magic Leap, ARKit, etc.) and virtual reality (Rift, Quest, VIVE, Gear VR, etc.).
  • **Networking:** Experience with real-time networked features (i.e., synchronous multiplayer games).
  • **Programming Languages:** Experience with C++ and/or C# programming.
