Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations for the Southern Oregon Coast, managing a team of property managers and ensuring that all properties meet Vacasa's high standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their properties are well-maintained and profitable.
  • Meet and maintain Vacasa's standards and metrics, including NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiency.
  • Manage a budget for your portfolio, adhering to set annual costs and performing cost-benefit analyses as needed.
  • Manage an efficient and high-quality team, ensuring they are trained, effective, and adhere to all Vacasa policies and procedures.
  • Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns, responding to emails, calls, and tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Occasionally perform housekeeping and maintenance duties to ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet Vacasa's standards.
  • Travel to the coast once a week to meet with local area managers and team members, requiring reliable transportation.
  • Partner and assist your business development representative when new units join the portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.
  • Provide cross-coverage for your team when necessary.
Requirements
  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
  • Professional in all forms of communication, including email, phone calls, video calls, and texts.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
  • Highly responsive and reliable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prior hospitality experience a plus.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
