Nurse Manager for Plastic Surgery

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Plastic Surgery team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Manage patient flow and ensure timely care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
- Perioperative experience required with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- CNOR preferred
