About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Classic Collision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of quality and integrity in their vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process, from drop-off to delivery.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for customers and insurance partners, adhering to manufacturer and company guidelines.
  • Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, providing regular updates on the repair process.
  • Collaborate with technicians to confirm all aspects of damage are identified and addressed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction scores meet company standards.
  • Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to ensure exceptional quality.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in-person.
  • Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with estimating systems, such as CCC1, preferred.
  • I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Successful completion of background check required.
