Job Description
As an LPN at First Connect, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. You will also be responsible for documenting patient information and communicating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid LPN license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a similar setting is preferred but not required.
Work Schedule
This is a night shift position, working from 11 PM to 7 AM. You will have regular breaks and flexible scheduling to ensure you have a healthy work-life balance.
