Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at San Dimas Community Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in the Outpatient Services setting, working closely with physicians, directors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice in the Outpatient Services setting.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, directors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
  • Coordinate patient care with surgeons and anesthesiologists, directing and guiding other personnel as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and colleagues to provide quality patient care across the continuum.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • ACLS 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • PALS 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
  • Moderate Sedation competency completed within 30 days upon hire.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

The current compensation range for this role is $38.48 to $55.74. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering a wide range of factors, including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
