As a Food Service Utility, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Kitchen Work Areas: Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Keep Equipment and Utensils Clean: Remove trash and place it into designated containers, steam clean or hose out garbage cans, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assist with Banquet Setup: Assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product, distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Comply with Sanitation and Safety Requirements: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
