Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive care to seniors with acute and chronic illnesses
  • Managing patient outcomes and promoting health goals
  • Building trusting relationships with patients
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals
  • Participating in risk and quality management programs

Requirements:

  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty is preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required
