\Job Summary
\We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Legal Advisor to join our Products & Regulatory Legal Group in Washington DC. In this role, you will collaborate with global business partners across Apple to support the development of our health technologies, products, and services. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, operations, clinical, and regulatory teams to advise on various matters related to health-related features and products.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Collaborate with global business partners to support the development of Apple's health technologies, products, and services
- Advise engineering, marketing, operations, clinical, and regulatory teams on matters related to health-related features and products
- Help formulate legal and regulatory strategies to mitigate risks presented by the development of innovative health technologies
- Draft and negotiate agreements facilitating the design, development, and distribution of Apple's health technologies
- Monitor the progress of health regulations and policies and respond to regulatory agency inquiries
Requirements
\- 4+ years of experience advising on regulatory compliance issues specific to medical device and wellness features
- Skilled at advising business teams and leadership on complex legal risks related to the development, commercialization, and post-market compliance of software-based medical devices
- Experience interacting with and supporting regulatory submissions to the FDA and equivalent agencies outside the U.S.
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one state bar

\Apple offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary between $199,700 and $299,600, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
