RN - Head and Neck Surgery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Collect and interpret patient assessment data to identify needs and potential problems.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, establishing measurable and achievable outcomes.
- Evaluate patient response to care and make independent and/or collaborative changes as needed.
- Document changes in condition and interventions, utilizing the nursing process to incorporate teaching into patient care.
- Prepare for discharge/transfer, documenting the process and delivering patient care based on pathophysiology and nursing principles.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Surgery Nursing experience.
