Job Overview

As a key member of the Installed Building Products team, the Production Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production facility. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee daily production activities, maintain quality standards, and manage a team of skilled production employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily production schedules to meet customer demands and production goals.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure seamless communication with crews.
  • Delegate job assignments to team members and personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of materials and equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to think critically and independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
