As a Call Center Support Operator II, your primary duties will include:
- Responding to and managing inbound calls from patients and internal staff, utilizing electronic directories to direct inquiries appropriately.
- Processing after-hours patient calls and medical emergencies, adhering to established protocols to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Handling various medical emergency codes, coordinating with critical response teams and security as necessary.
- Providing assistance to individuals in emergency situations, including those with communication barriers.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating databases to reflect current information.
