Job Title: Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting

About the Role:

As the Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting, you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing business planning processes, optimizing cost structures, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business plans, aligning financial objectives with organizational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost accounting methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and market trends.
  • Develop, review, and present monthly reporting presentations to executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience, with a focus on manufacturing and cost accounting.
  • Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Technical experience with ERP systems (OneStream and Oracle preferred), with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
