About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Operations and Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in planning and executing the production of our wide range of weapon systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical knowledge and process capability expertise to improve supplier performance.
  • Involved in all phases of product life cycles, from proposal development to production implementation.
  • Ensure technical data packages are complete and accurate, and that supplier technical performance meets quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
  • Drive Raytheon design requirements to improve manufacturing and quality capabilities of suppliers.
  • Initiate continuous and measurable design and process improvement of supplier hardware for affordability.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
