KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify affluent individuals, corporations, charitable organizations, and other fiduciary opportunities, promote the firm's financial offerings, and convert leads into clients with assets under management.
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships, continuously assess clients' investment goals, and strive to acquire additional assets under management.
- Gather and evaluate client data regarding income, investments, and liabilities, determine the most suitable financial products for their needs, and provide guidance on the pros and cons of various financial solutions. Construct tailored portfolios that align with clients' objectives and aim to safeguard and grow client assets. Regularly review performance and adjust strategies as necessary. Uphold the highest professional standards, prioritizing clients' interests while adhering to regulatory and firm policies.
- Gain knowledge of various firm products and services and effectively market them to suitable prospects and clients.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance industry knowledge, product expertise, sales techniques, and service capabilities. Ensure all relevant FINRA and other licenses are current.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; five years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
