Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multi-line telephone system
  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using a computer system
  • Handle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges with precision
  • Perform general office tasks, including filing and inventory management, as assigned by the Office Manager

Qualifications:
