Job Summary

The Civil Construction Estimator will work closely with operations build teams, vendors, owners, engineers, and others to arrive at accurate estimates. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to support time-sensitive issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote safety, quality, efficiency, and core values
  • Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
  • Review takeoff quantities to ensure accuracy used in estimates
  • Perform necessary calculations to ensure that all estimated costs are accurate and current
