About the Role

Kelvion Products Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will assist in the upkeep and repair of our equipment and machinery, focusing on CNC machining equipment.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and inspect equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Repair and replace parts as necessary to prevent downtime and ensure productivity.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to identify repair issues.
  • Perform fabrication tasks, including welding, cutting, and drilling, to create replacement parts.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
Safety and Quality Expectations
  • Identify and mitigate potential hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Adhere to quality standards and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Support the company's commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining equipment and associated systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and use of hands; occasional sitting, climbing, and bending; and regular lifting and moving of objects up to 50 pounds.
