Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Set the tone and make your auto store an enjoyable place to be, living our brand and striving to achieve our mission.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and develop the right team members for the right roles, providing coaching, opportunities, and resources to help them succeed.
- Business Growth: Utilize proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability, planning and tracking budget forecasting models to drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
