Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues on special projects as needed.
  • Assist with hospitality services, including catering and meeting room arrangements, as required.
  • Deliver daily operational support for specific areas, which may include:
  • Print Services:
    • Ensure timely and precise completion of tasks.
    • Handle production requests, including copying and finishing services.
    • Support coordination of activities within the Print Shop.
    • Manage all incoming and outgoing requests within set deadlines.
    • Deliver completed print jobs and materials to the designated contacts.
    • Complete necessary training for copier operations.
  • Shipping/Receiving/Mailroom:
    • Process all inbound, outbound, and interoffice mail promptly across the client campus, working with team members as needed.
    • Conduct initial mail sorting and deliver items using a mail cart.
    • Assist with the processing of outgoing mail.
    • Provide reporting data regarding delivery times, volumes, and outgoing mail to the Onsite Services Supervisor.
    • Ensure the mail area is organized and maintained.
    • Conduct quality checks of mail delivery areas, including mailbox audits and processing requests.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work standard hours as determined by client needs.
  • Proficient in operating office equipment such as computers, printers, fax machines, and phone systems.
  • Strong orientation towards customer service.
  • Capability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance as required by state regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
